DiLuc Consulting
I founded DiLuc Consulting in 2019 to support companies in industrial transformation, operational leadership, and organizational development.
I have over two decades of international experience in industrial companies and complex organizations. During this time, I have guided transformations in production, organization, leadership, and operational structures—both in an advisory capacity and with operational responsibility.
In addition to my consulting work, I also take on temporary leadership roles to not only support transformations but also actively implement them within the organization. I operate in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Italy, wherever industrial companies need operational responsibility and implementation strength.

My approach combines strategic clarity with consistent operational implementation. For me, transformation doesn't happen in presentations, but where decisions have an impact – in organization, processes, and leadership.
I also bring experience from advisory and supervisory board roles. This gives me insight into both the operational realities of companies and the perspective of owners and shareholders.
I also collaborate with a network of experienced partners and specialists to provide targeted support to companies, even in complex transformation situations.
With this approach, I help companies stabilize their organizations, clarify their structures, and build sustainable performance.
